Jamie has been an absolute gem in our search for looking for our first house. Hes had a great inventory of houses and due to his ability of understanding his client, the first house he showed we fell in love with it immediately. Jamie is very responsive, will always pick up your phone or respond via text within 10 mins. His diligence and market knowledge were the reasons why we were able to close on a house so quickly. Its scary as a first time home buyer but Jamie had made the process smooth as silk, answering any and all questions. I will highly recommend Jamie to everyone.

Worked with Jamie years ago to find my unit in Jersey City. He was not a pushing agent and let me take the lead during the whole process. He was responsive and always reply in time, even during his vocations. Right before my closer, he got a $500 cut for me because the final walk-through disclosed some cosmetic issue on the floor. I left NY during pandemic and Jamie helped me with my moving and also worked as my rental agent. Since then, he talks with me whenever I need to renew lease and also provide advise about selling the property. I was able to rent my unit out quickly with Jamie. Great work and reliable!

Jamie's analysis of the market was spot on and was great to deal with. Listing and photos were professional and we had a lot of looks at our condo. He knows the Heights real well and I would not hesitate to use him again for any real estate transaction.

He went so far in his service, one evening he personally drove me around looking at different properties that he curated based on my requirements.
