        Don't use them! I have to book the appointment a week in advance and they cancelled on me last minute and the next availability is in 2 weeks. Very unprofessional!

        When looking for someone to service my Summit refrigerator I choose Certified Appliance due to the reviews it has received. Sadly, my experience has not been the same. I have a question regarding my service call and have called the office twice now. I was told twice that the manager will return a phone call to me. I am still waiting for that phone call. Based on my experience I would not recommend this repair company to anyone. After my third phone call I did receive a resolution to my issue. Service: Refrigerator repair

        Our refrigerator’s outer shell sweated excessively even if it cooled properly. We contacted Certified Appliance Repair Hoboken. Their technician told us one of the door seals was damaged, causing cold air to leak. He sealed it and advised us to get it replaced ASAP. I was impressed with their home appliance service.
