I have worked with Erik now on four different transactions and have a fifth one coming up where he will represent me. I have sent Erik at least 10 referrals within my personal network. If I could sum him up with one word, it would be integrity. Erik has it in spades, no matter the situation, the interest of his clients is number one. Would trust him in any real estate transaction. Having worked with 4 or 5 other realtors in my life, its my belief you are making a huge mistake choosing anyone other than Mr. Goldfarb. Aces in my book.

Erik was fantastic from start to finish in helping me and my fiance find our home in Jersey City. From the beginning of the process, Erik was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and proactive in his approach. Even after the closing process, Erik had gone above and beyond to help us source contractors and close out outstanding items as he shared in the entire experience with us. Would recommend Erik to anyone interested in investing/selling or even learning about the general trends in the real estate market.

Erik has been a blessing in selling my home in Hoboken. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and a pleasure to work with. He is available at all hours of the day to communicate about the sales process and really helped me when pricing the house. We ended up finding the perfect buyer and I could not be more grateful!!!
