        Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend talking with him about your makeup needs. If they don't carry it there, he emails you the links to what he recommends that same day. He's precise about shades/colors/brightness, very professional and knowledgable. This is why in-person shopping is so important! Thanks Ryan!

        I have had some good experiences at this location. The service is has been good, unfortunately my last experience was not great. I an a regular customer and recently spent quite a bit of money on a new skin care routine specifically asking for a recommendation on a cruelty-free line. The clerk made a recommendation stating it was vegan and cruelty-free. I tried it for a day and then looked up the product online to sadly find out it was actually not cruelty-free, just vegan (sadly some vegan brands test on animals...). I was able to get a refund but lost the points ($10 off) I applied to the purchase. Apparently you cannot get points or credit back on a refund which is a Sephora policy. Wanted to share for other buyers awareness as a cautionary tale to double check recommendations.
