It is worse cvs in Hoboken. Terrible pharmacy. Customer service is awful, can't answer any questions, can't manage a simple situation, because they just ABSOLUTELY DON'T CARE!

Eslam excels customer service. He is very knowledgeable of CVS carepass, extrabucks, the CVS app and its feature. Thanks to him I not only got what I need it but save the $12 in my visit.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! Jesus FC. Ive been in the hold queue to speak to a pharmacist for over 30 minutes. Are you kidding me? Unacceptable.

I hate reviews because usually people only go on to blast someone after a bad experience . But I am more than extremely happy to leave a glowing review for Heather at this location. I am not sure of her exact title, but I had a terrible experience at another cvs and then transferred to this location and unfortunately they werent able to complete my order as well. Heather then offered to go out of her way and not only figure out a way for my order to be fulfilled but went beyond that and helped in other ways to rectify the bad experience I had at another location. The way she handled this situation needs to be recognized. she showed amazing customer service skills and management level problem solving . Thank you very much Heather for the kindness and professionalism you showed me .
