I called this company to trim a tree back from my roof and driveway.   They gave me the lowest price of three estimates I got.  Now I understand why.They trimmed the tree however left a very large branch hanging over the driveway, This branch would block exiting the driveway if it fell.  I called them as they worked while I was out.  I spoke to a girl who said she would talk to the owner about getting a team back later that day or tomorrow at the latest.  I trusted what she said so I paid in full for the job $693.00.  They never returned to complete the job.  This was a month ago.   I am now in the process of completing paperwork for small claims court.   Sad that the word of these people cannot be trusted.

John responded promptly to my call, came by the same day to assess the situation and gave us a reasonable estimate. We needed one fallen tree removed, two other trees cut down and one tree cabled. John and his team arrived when they said they would, did and outstanding professional job complete with clean up and we were charged the agreed upon amount.
