        I have been using their service for two years, and I didnt see any improvement on my lawn, and they renew the service without my permission even though I requested to ask for my permission to renew my service. I let it go the first time but they took advantage of me and repeated again this year

He addressed my issues comprehensively and thoroughly. Hopefully, his attitude and professionalism will translate to the rest of their customer-facing staff...

        We used them for our lawn care for two years and thought they were ok, until I saw a charge of $389 on my credit card recently. They did aeration on my lawn without notifying me that it was a separate service from what I signed up for and just charged on my credit card. After I dispute the charge, they sent it to the collection company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will tell everyone that I know that they are not trustworthy!!!
