The entire staff are top notch, from sales, to finance, service & detailing. They help make your purchase easy. I had a great experience buying my 2018 Ford F150 from Haldeman Ford in East Windsor. Our salesman Eric was fantastic to work with. He kept me informed throughout the whole process after we put a deposit down on the truck early in the week. Coming from over three hours away to look at a truck posted on Carfax, I was a little nervous and hoping it was as advertised. The truck was exactly as advertised online, and I couldn't be happier with the truck. The Haldeman team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout the whole time we were there. The service department got the truck right in when it was discovered it needed a repair done before we took delivery and headed back home. The detailing team did a great job making it look nice and cleaned up as well. Pete made the whole paperwork process very easy for us also. Thanks to Eric and the entire Haldeman team for making this a great buying experience.
