If I could give them a zero I would. I am disgusted by my experience with these guys, specifically Gil in dispatch. I ordered furniture that is being shipped via Roadrunner who clearly subcontracted to these guys. They provided a 7 hour window last night, and still managed to miss it. When i called to find out status, they were delayed by another hour. I asked why they couldn't have at least committed to call in advance so no one had to sit home all day. The dispatcher said he didn't know why the person who scheduled the delivery wouldn't have agreed to that, but he was at least polite about it. When I asked to speak with his manager, I got Gil - clearly customer service is not their priority (nor is just speaking with people like a human being). I asked who scheduled the delivery, and Gil said he did. I asked why he didn't agree to provide shorter window or at least call in advance when he scheduled the delivery with my husband, he said "he didn't ask". It went downhill from there - talking over me, giving me different information than the original dispatcher on arrival time, arguing, really just a nasty person. And this is after they have been delayed on the date of delivery, etc. Clearly someone who has no pride in what he does. I would never use this company for anything if given the choice. I would rather have picked up my furniture myself.

Call the company to track a shipment and the guy on the phone just hangs up! Wow talking about awesome services eh!
