Words can’t explain how terrible this company , my deliver was literally sitting one town over from me an didnt get delivered to me till 5 days later , I hen the driver dropped off my delivery without calling an left it on the sidewalk, I order freight all the time an this has to be the worse experience ive had so far

The worst shipping company ever! My freight has been sitting in their terminal for three weeks waiting for someone to take it and deliver it, this after they routed it to the wrong hub.
I have been lied to by their customer service and they don't seem to care.
Stay away from them

Awaful customer service and it took double the amount of time to actually deliver the package of what they told me when I scheduled the pickup

Absolute worst company. Customer service makes you feel like they are doing you a favor right when you walk in the door. They are rude, careless and lack proper social skills. They will lose your shipment and hold you at fault. This is the worst company starting from management going all the way down. It felt like I was in a hostile 3rd world country. I cannot say enough bad things about this company. Avoid @ all costs. I wasn't surprised to see that they literally have the worst customer reviews.
