        After not being able to get any response from the Robbinsville branch, I made an appointment with Matt at the Hamilton branch. Not only did Matt help resolve our issues during the visit, he offered to update old information on the account. Great customer service!

        Easily one of the worst branches to deposit and withdraw higher amounts of money. Was told I cant withdraw 13 thousand from my account but allows me to get 10 and then the teller had a smart mouth and says I need to call ahead of time to withdraw an amount like that. Second time around I do that and guess what? No one answers for a full hour. I go the next day and they say I cant even withdraw the amount I need because it needs to be authorized by a manager. Ive never had this problem with the other branches
