        I had a bad experience with "Oscar" at the Hackensack, NJ Jackson Hewitt. Oscar likes to yell at you over the phone and make demands and give orders. He cannot copy down your correct phone number, and then he never calls you back. Do not waste your money here.

        Shady tax prep, somehow you owe money every time you go here and the numbers and reasonings do not make sense. Not to mention the insanely long wait times. I would suggest going to any of the other 20 tax places on the same street

        My taxes were prepared in a timely manner. The secretary went above & beyond to accommodate me & the tax preparer was very knowledgeable. They're both friendly people. The office is clean & parking is convenient.
