        Unfortunately my experience at this location was not good , when I entered the store I was looking around, I was advised someone would be with me shortly but when it came to my turn the lady that was taking care of me was a bit racial. She advised that she couldnt take out the charms, and I would have to look at the book which I did, and its not the same when youre looking at the book and charms, but to the two black men on the other side, they had no problem with having all the charms out so I left and didnt purchase anything. Not sure why I couldnt have the charms laid out for me to see but the men could ok I can give my money to another Pandora location

        I was upset because one of my bracelets broke. The store manager Michelle was kind enough and replaced it.
