Karen and Amanda both were very helpful in helping me find the right push button clasp for my SMPc mid size. While they couldn't install it for me per their rules, they did everything they could such as taking off the stock clasp and gave me a nice little watch case on top of multiple catalogues. 1st time customer and will be back in the future.

Brian and his team run a great boutique. They did an excellent job coordinating the repair of my vintage watch, always keeping me in the loop. Great experience from start to finish. Update: Brian gave me a call to check in and see how the watch was running. I appreciate them going the extra mile to support their products and customers.

You pay close to $10,000 for a divers watch , and water gets inside just from regular swimming. Im no diver. Their service department blames it on you leaving the helium escape valve open. $1500.00 to repair. This happened twice . Yes , $3,000 already in repairs. If the watch was so fragile and prone to so easily getting water damaged ,they should warn people before they buy or change the design... Panerai has a protective shield around their helium escape valve. By the way, it takes months to get your watch back after you send for repair.
