Care Ten was so helpful to me and my family. I was in the ER with my dad on a Saturday night and realized that we needed help as soon as possible. The social worker gave me Care Tens number and I was able to speak to Pooja that evening and she told me she would do her best to get an aide for us. She was able to get someone to our home within 36 hours. We didnt use Care Ten for long as we were transitioning my dad to Memory care but both aides were so kind and helpful. We would not have made it through the week without their help.
