Niral Patel and ComForCare in Hackensack, NJ has been a blessing for my family. My mom is 93 and still wants to live independently in her apartment, but is experiencing health issues. Being that I don't live that close to her, I contacted Niral for an aid. He was caring, concerned, listened to our needs, gave us intelligent opinions and dispensed an aid to us that is phenomenal. She has driven my mom with and without me present to doctor's appointments. She listens to the doctor's instructions, helps my mom in and out of the car and overall treats her with the respect she deserves. In the house, her aid helps out with day to day tasks that have become difficult for my mother. Niral calls and emails me frequently checking in making sure everything is going smoothly. I am going away for a week and Niral has assured me my mother will be well taken care of and I am able to leave with a clear head. I recommend this agency to anyone needing a loved one cared for. Watching your parent age is no easy task, so having people like Niral Patel helping in the process takes an enormous weight off your shoulders. He deserves and earned this 5 star rating for ComForCare in Hackensack, NJ!

Highly responsive flexible management and caretaking staff. Using for mom's care now at 100 hours per week, but this was a gradual buildup. Tremendous attention to matching skills and personality of employee and patient. Niral, Lisa, and team have earned our trust and mom is happy healthy and safe in their hands.
