Unfortunately, This location sells unwashed returned items in their inventory. I purchased a pricey white shirt at $69.99 and these fine people were kind enough to include the previous customer's pubic hair and sweat stains free of charge with my purchase. Although the atmosphere, employees and tailors are all fine, i cannot excuse the fact that i must wear a dirty, soiled shirt that i believed to be in new condition upon purchase to an event tonight. 1 star

This has to be one of the WORST PLACE TO EVER GET A TUXEDO!!! There was 5 tuxedos of my daughters wedding that was totally messed up! 2 days before her wedding no ties in the bag, my grandsons pants looked like he was gonna go clam digging they were so short . My son had the wrong color shirt in his order that he had to go back to the place to get the correct color shirt ! The grooms brother had the wrong size shirt. Obviously no one knows whats going on in this situation. If you order from here PLEASE CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND DONT ASSUME ITS WHAT YOU GOT SIZED FOR !! Save yourself a trip back to the mall .!!They made more mistakes at this store then ever
