Me and my husband went in today. There was only one other customer who it appeared was being fitted for a wedding, and there were three employees. We walked around and tried on a few suit jackets. Now there is no way for them to read our minds to know why we were shopping and that we did need their assistance, but any acknowledgment would have been welcome.
The icing on the cake was that another customer came in and was greeted and offered assistance by the two available employeesI actually asked if we needed an appointment
Never again!!!!!

Bought a suit jacket for 130 dollars and ended up not liking it. when I went to return it the store they couldnt give me the money for my return because they did not have the money in the store. They suggested I come back at a busier time like a Friday night. I went back on a Friday night to make the exchange and they had the money in the register this time but store manager refused to give me the cash. I dont expect a store to carry thousands of dollars in the store but they should have a few hundred dollars to make change and exchanges. Now I have to get a check mailed to my house for a 130 dollar exchange. Horrible experience I would not recommend.if you accept all forms of payment you should be able to refund with no problems. Dont use cash at this store if you go there.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had at any store Ive ever visited. I walked around the store for about 20 mins before someone even acknowledged me. I had an appointment and still managed to wait over 2 hours in the store. Staff was rude and inappropriate. Ive purchased many items in the past at several other locations and never had this type of experience ever. I will ultimately be canceling my purchase and will never shop at any of the locations ever again. This was a very awful experience. I will also tell family and friends never to use your services. I will also be sharing this feed back to various review sites so no other customer shall ever deal with my similar experience. This particular occurrence to be specific happened at the deptford nj location. Please fix this from ever happening again or youll lose valuable customers like myself.
