I have to say i have been a patient of Dr Goldstein's (who is now retired) since i was 16. I am now going to be 50 and i was always very happy with services from them. HOWEVER, i found out he retired and decided to stay w them and try nurse practitioner. When i made the 4:30 appt i told them i would not be able to get there until 4:40 and i was told no problem. yesterday, i flew from Toms River to Freehold and at 4:36 i received a call stating i had to reschedule because i was late. I even went out of my way and called and left a message with the appointment person reiterating i would be there at 4:40 and still. Then i get an attitude from reception. Thanks but no thanks- LOYALTY means nothing with this place and i couldn't be more disappointed. I want to let Dr Goldstein know how his long term patients are being treated because it's disgusting. Granted my schedule sucks and i have not been able to get an appointment for a couple of years however i let them know my situation and was told ok.
