Woman to Woman Physicians

I have been seeing them for 6 1/2 years. I never once had a bad experience with them. All staff are always welcoming and listen fully to what I say. Dr. Autry was amazing for my sons birth and that whole process. I have recommended them patients as well because of their hospitality and how caring they are! Would want to go anywhere else

I really and truly love Dr Autry Hicks and this office. Ive been to different ob/gyns and ive never felt as comfortable and welcomed the way i do there. The staff is all very friendly and caring. They were all so helpful and accommodating when it came to any little thing that would worry me during my pregnancy. Even if i didnt have an appt that day but i was concerned about something, they would always make time. Im very glad i was recommended this office!

I was an out of state client going thru a divorce and was self payI called numerous places as I was not from NJ and didnt know anyone. I choose W2W and paid over $2000.00 for a basic 20 minute visit and lab work. Even though I was transparent and called numerous times with updates of my situation, they failed miserably in being upfront about their costs and how they upcharged the bill by hundreds of dollars knowing all my finances were tied up in a divorce. I was very vocal that I couldnt pay the unknown costs and was upfront from the beginning concerning labs costs. Unfortunately their only concern was the money. So I paid in full today.a bill hundreds of dollars more then quoted. My review is If you are concerned with the cost of care, go somewhere in New Jersey that will be honest about their prices and not hide unknown office or lab costs.

If you are thinking about coming to this office, save your time and find another doctor that actually cares about you. The receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. They do not care about their patients, and neither do the doctors. My appointments were cancelled time after time again, and even when I had my appointments, I was in the waiting room for at least a half hour to 45 minutes each time. I saw four doctors here and none of them helped me with my chronic yeast infections/other medical issues. Nobody gave me any other option but to suffer through the infection until it went away. They refused to give me medicine for it. They put words into my mouth and belittled me each time I had questions or concerns. They failed to test me for my bladder infection, and when I tried to get an appointment to speak to the doctor about it, they told me that I had no reason to see her. This place should be shut down.
