I commute with my 6 year old kid to school due to heavy traffic in the morning. But they always park their trucks/cars on shoulder and block the sidewalk. I had to walk thru busy highway unsafely

I would give zero stars if I could. We were visiting the area and rented an Air-Bnb just down the road from this location and our car was towed (IN THE PARKING LOT OF OUR AIR B N B). They robbed us. They have no signs that state that our apartment was their jurisdiction nor did anyone including the police have any records that indicated that they took the car. They racked up a bunch of b.s charges and on the receipt they charged us for 48hours worth of time when the vehicle was there less than 12.
The guy who answers the phone tries to yell and act tough but when you're in the office he's no where to be found. There was a kid there who was pretty nice and I appreciated him. Furthermore, they even charged us a no- keys charge which was just a b.s charge to rack up the bill. I've heard of companies like this but this is my first time experiencing something like this. We were just in town to see the ball drop and this business profited off of us solely to the fact that we had an out of state tag.
Most people work hard for their money and others benefit off of other peoples hard labor and that's what abc towing does. I will be filling out a claim for the damages to my car too. I was curious as to how that happened until I saw these guy drop another car off of the tow bed.

Steve was great. I got into a very bad accident, and he arrived so fast and drove me to safety when towing my car. He was so kind to me, and they were very responsive on the phone when I had to get thing from my car the following day. Service: Car towing
