Charged $300 to tow my car half a mile after an accident. I did not have a choice in this, they have a contract with the fort lee police department. Then when I inquired about transferring the car to a mechanic I knew in Brooklyn, they gave me a quote of $500. I was able to find a company that charged half the price to do this. Do not give them your business, this location is run by a bunch of thieves that are looking to take advantage of people

My car broke down and my insurance company tasked them with towing my car. They never showed and as a result wall township police department impounded my car I called the towing company multiple times and never received an answer 29 hours later and I still cant get my car towed because now I have to get it out of the impound lot I wouldnt even dream of using this company again even if it were the last towing service in the country. I have been a AAA member for over 25 years. I have had Statewide rescue me a few times over the years! Always a good experience for me and today Rene towed my car a few blocks.
