I drove over 50 miles to avoid my regular dealer- service department after a bad experience. It was worth it. Eddie was great to work with. If I lived closer, Id make this dealership / service department my regular one.

Eddie in service was awesome. Check in was quick and easy. Eddie kept me up to date on the status and what work was being done/completed. Pick up and explanation again of work done. Service is second to none.

Another excellent experience at Ciocca Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Flemington, as I traded in one vehicle for another. I received this review after cleaning all the grease from all over the inside of my car and driver side matts or I would have provided pictures, but too late I cleaned up the everything. You would think after having my jeep for a month I would get it back cleaned / washed. I had to take the driver side matts out and clean it with a carpet machine and my car still smells like grease. Can't seem to get the smell out .The floor matt was black .The driver side door had grease on the inside handles smeared across the the speaker on the door.Wiped down the seats as well .It Looked like copper brake lube smeared on the door which is a good time to get off .stuff is like ink .
Steering wheel was dirty as well ,I got in the car all I could smell was grease .Ciocca did repair my vehicle after a month of having it. They did provide a loaner as well. Turned out there was a bad parking sensor harness from the factory. As well as go through recalls and an oil change . If this car wasn't a lease I would have lost it on someone.
