Melissa was our realtor when we sold a house and bought another. During both transactions, she was knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and pro-active. Melissa helped us get the price we wanted when we sold our house. And when it was time to buy another, her advice helped us to get THE house we wanted.
She explained the whole process to us, what was going to happen, what she would be doing and what we would need to do. We benefitted from her experience when it was time to set a price on selling our house. She was also a big help when we made a bid on the house we really wanted to buy, and were successful! There are so many little details involved in buying or selling, and things would never have gone as smoothly if Melissa hadn't been there guiding everything, doing research and getting all the details completed.
