So, buying a home, especially your first home, is probably one of the MOST stressful things you will ever do in your life! I have to say, without David, I probably would have pulled all of my hair out and would have gave up. David was the ABSOLUTE best! He was understanding, energetic, always ready to go, always on top of everything!! He honestly made the entire process seem like it was nothing. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying- from what steps to take, who to talk to (if he didn't already make the call for us), was present at all inspections, and involved in EVERYTHING and most importantly - always answered our calls and texts and emails right way! He set up appointments immediately and made moves quicker than fast! His compassion for what he does truly shines in the real estate world! I WOULD SCREAM IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS THAT THIS IS THE AGENT FOR YOU!!!!!

Working with David was great. He offered us valuable information at every turn throughout the process and really helped us make our offers stand out. We were lucky to get referred David's phone number from our family friend. I don't think anyone else would have gone to the lengths he did to help us. I can admit we were a handful, and needed a lot of guidance from the start, but he was always there to help explain everything and show us what to do next step by step. We had to use a less common loan type that included a lot of extra legwork but he took the stress out of the whole process.
