When I purchased my Prius the experience was great . I have been taking my car to serviced ever since. The last service I had done was this past January. All went well but my car was not washed as was promised when I checked in. They said it was too cold . I was ok but it was 40 degrees. As I was driving home I past hand washing outdoor car washes and they were washing cars. When the service center called to ask if all was ok by Nick I expressed what happened when I left and he couldnt believe the car washing center was closed. He offered to reimburse me for my expense to have my car washed. He was not a man of his word as I still not have been reimbursed even thought I sent him my reciept twice. Probably wont return to Parkway Service Center. If I cant trust or believe the manager then how can I trust the dealership.
