Put a deposit down on a car on Friday. Monday finalized the deal with Chris after being ignored all day. Tuesday the car was sold to a dealer auction which is a bunch of lies to cover up that they sold the car to someone else on Monday. Update: Chris called me back and apologized for the situation.

Buying from this dealership has been a bad experience for me. All started out OK with the test drive and working up the deal. On the day I was to pick up the car in late March I arranged for an hour long Uber and arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled closing appointment. They kept me waiting for an HOUR past my scheduled appointment! It was a cash deal so the closing was super smooth and then I got the car, which was filthy and had about a quarter tank of gas in it. After nearly three hours in process, and in the pouring rain, I had had enough of my time wasted and decided to just take the car and deal with cleaning it myself. Seven weeks later, three unanswered emails to my salesman Kamaal and numerous disconnections on the phone, I still don't have plates for the car and the Temps expired after 30days. I am LIVID that I now have a car that I'm paying for that can't be legally driven because the dealer didn't follow-through on their commitment to secure the out of state plates.

Very disappointed with the outcome. I went for monitors reset, so I could pass my inspection and all I heard was, after two months Need to wait for the right temperature for them to open. Previously I took my vehicle there, for a faulty start/ stop switch malfunction, next thing it couldnt pass the inspection. I thought Alfa Romeo was a reliable vehicle, along with their facility. Theres a lady at the counter, one of the service associates, whos very negative and lacks empathy and knowledge about the brand, she tried to force me to fly back to the U.S to return the loaner vehicle, when my own car wasnt even ready. All she does is printing stuff from the internet. It took a assistant manager (Rene) to address me of the issue over the phone and took consideration in my situation, while I was in a business trip. I will not stop getting my services there, however I will have a stronger representation by a local consumer representative or a politician if things get worse, or my rights as a consumer are violated again. I got rights, and I will exercise them to the fullest. I will definitely NOT recommend this facility to my friends, who own Alfas or any new potential costumer.

Becareful buying a used car from them, they sold me a 2019 Nissan that had bent Rims and the entire steering and suspension were bad. They over charged me 28% interest and pay 800 a month with negative equity, let me drive away with my family thinking it was a good deal. This has ruined our lives. I have to do a voluntary repo as we cant even refinance. Terrible, they know who they are! If i could give 0 stars i would.
