The enrollment team is very unresponsive. No one picks up the call or responds to any voicemails. Not sure if there is any management to watch this.

Ms. Munoz from registration was very kind and professional. She always greeted me with a smile.

Ridiculous, have to fill out paperwork and schedule an appointment for your transcript... while they sit around doing nothing all day, Waste of taxes.
