Horrible experience. I should have sold my house on my own. Joan made the whole process more difficult then it needed to be. I feel we would have gotten a better price with someone else. Would not recommend. (Based on Joan's comments below I feel I need to expand - Joan listed my house and strategically priced it below value and while it did sell over ask (ONE DOLLAR) is was still below what I expected)
