Wow! A prompt return call and a willingness to advise how I could address a leak without hiring a plumber. From just my description of the problem he was able to identify what brand of faucet I had purchased! Pleasant and helpful. I know who to call in the future.

I called at 7pm with a plumbing emergency and Larry had it resolved by 9pm same day. I explained that I had an early flight the next day and really needed help that night. He took my emergency seriously and was at my house ASAP. Larry even took the time to educate me about my waterlines in the basement even though it was after hours. Fast, courteous, accommodating. I've never had a second doubt calling Larry for an opinion on any problem I encountered because I know he'll tell me the most direct and cost effective way of solving my problems.
