I was at work when Wilver came to our house, but my wife said he was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was told in the morning that the AC technician will come to fix my AC between 10 and 1, so I took the day off to wait for Tech. After 1pm, I made 4 phone calls on hour and was promised some one is coming. But no one! So I had to seek the service from another company at the end of the day.
