I wanted to write Prime Lending a heartfelt THANK YOU for all their assistance with my loan, with a special thanks to my team of Edmund Mawhinney, Evan Jeck, and Alfredo Feigelmuller for all of their efforts.... WE DID IT!!
This idea was only a speckle in my eye in July/August of 2023 - and Edmund was the one that educated me and allowed me to believe that this type of 203K loan was possible (I had no idea). Edmund's guidance was instrumental, enlightening, and he was longsuffering during my "growing" process of providing all the necessary documents. He knows, more than anyone, that this was not easy.
I also wanted to take this moment to express the importance of this property. Built in 1905, it sits as an important keystone between the Gordon Square/Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods in Cleveland. It has been an eyesore for, perhaps, decades. This loan, and especially this loan to me, a historic preservationist - made it possible for the proper steward to step forward to usher in another 100 years of life for this noble structure.
Thank you Edmund for educating me in this process, for your positive energy, and for instilling in me that intangible and miraculous thing called HOPE. I believe you are the reason, above all else, that this came to fruition.

Cannot recommend Alfredo and the whole team at Prime Lending enough. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly, were extremely responsive, and helped move the closing of my home along quickly. Highly recommend!
