I recommend Arthur if you need someone who isn't a know-it-all-all but KNOWS IT ALL and knows how to navigate a volatile market to the benefit of his customers while simultaneously dealing with incompetent sellers agents and factoring in construction loans and the requirements needed in 30 days or less, way ahead of closing time! Arthur facilitated a seamless transaction from start to finish and was on call throughout the process; we felt he prioritized our loan and addressed our questions in a way that made us feel like his only clients despite knowing he was in high demand.
