      image Was former Sprint customer and was told I would save $10 a month on my already great plan. Of course , when my monthly bill came it was almost twice as much as I was paying for 2 phone lines. I went back to inform them of the issue. Of course, I got the run around..they looked into my account and even called customer service only to get no answer as to why I didn't get the discount I was promised. It is my belief they LIED to get me from Sprint plan to the more expensive TMOBILE. What a shame!! I will be moving my lines as soon as I find an alternative.
