AXA Equitable

Tried to amend my policy since May, but had to be assigned to a new primary agent since former one doesn't work there. Since this is the third one (seventh one "requested" since 2001) , the high turnover rate should tell you the integrity of the work culture. The new agent ( I will withhold his name for now) was so efficient in sending me appropriate papers to have him assigned for me , but when it came time to amend the policy, he told me that I should call Principal insurance company for answers. I understand now they are commission based, but have some humanity to do some minimal legwork on my behalf. He's a nice guy , but I will him the benefit of the doubt and try ONE more time.

Horrible Customer Service: I've been trying to get my money rolled over to my IRA and they have been dragging their feet for 6 weeks. Stupid reasons like we got one paperwork but didn't know the other paperwork had already come in, this form wasn't filled in correctly (but no one contacts you - apparently a letter is generated 5 days later !!), just a bunch of lazy processors or the logistics is all wrong (or right based on the goal of keeping your money as long as possible!)... whatever it is, IT IS HORRIBLE !!

Been trying to make a withdrawal from my Deferred Comp account for 2 weeks, after several call to Ted Beal's office in New Brunswick & no return call, I called Syracuse office & requested forms be mailed , tomorrow is a week stil no forms. I am in desperate need of MY money and can't get anyone at Equitable to help!!!!!,Really wrong!!!!!!!!
