I just had the most insane phone call with this office! Carlos just kept repeating something about how "the industry has changed" and was insistent on my car insurance being canceled. After asking several times why he was asking about my car insurance (because I was looking at my current policy) he explained that Allstate can not insure JUST my home. That in order for me to get home insurance, I would have to bundle. What?!? I'm on the phone with State Farm right now - getting a quote! Carlos also stressed to me how important it was for me to call my old insurance company (whom I want to leave) and see if they'll reinstate me. What!?!
Thank goodness I called another company who didn't make me feel like I was insane for trying to buy home owners insurance with them.
