Office personnel hard to reach , not very knowledgeable about location and need too much information when just asking for appointment availability.

Everyone at the office was very professional and made sure that I understood everything and that I had no questions. My second pair of hearing aids and I did not want to deal with anyone other than Hearing Life of East Brunswick. Dr Jacob's was very knowledgeable about hearing issues and was up to date on the newest models on the market. A real pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend using them for hearing aids.
