Ms. Exotic is absolutely the greatest. Very personal, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Helped me with my insurance claim. She always seemed to have a solution to all my issues. She will be my audiologist. The previous one I had was no where as caring as Ms. Elovic.

I am so appreciate of the professional expertise and patience given to my husband and myself . His hearing aids have made a big difference and the ease of wearing them is due to Rachel's guidance. We highly recommend this practice.

I have had several visits to the office to have Rachel dispense and adjust my hearing aids. She is very professional and knowledgable, but most of all very friendly and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She has helped me tremendously in getting adjusted to my hearing aids, and gave me several tips on how to handle them on an ongoing basis. We (my wife and I) heartily recommend her if you need hearing aids. Having them has changed my life for the best.

Rachel is professional, courteous, and always takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. Her knowledge makes you comfortable knowing that you're getting the best care possible. I will continue to use her as my audiologist and recommend her personally to everyone else. If only all members of the health care industry were like her!

Not only is Rachel a phenomenal audiologist, she is a wonderful person. Rachel truly cares about her patients!
