I have always had a good experience at Randolph Auto Care. Alex listens to what my concerns are and will work on those only unless he contacts me about a problem I hadn't been aware of. His prices are very reasonable. I know he will do a great job and my car will be safe to drive. I am so grateful I found Randolph Auto Care.

Alex is the most professional auto repair shop owner Ive ever worked with. I heard a noise in my car so I dropped it off for him to look at it. He drove me home, diagnosed the car and told me exactly what was wrong. He is backed up with work and I need the car sooner, so he even facilitated my brining the car to another auto repair shop. He did all this knowing he wasnt going to get the business. I feel bad because hes a great guy, but you can be sure I will be using him going forward for all my automotive needs.
