I cannot say enough about is assistant Joann Cleary...she listened to my issue with my state tax refund, after moving to Fla. She knew something wasnt right. She soon followed up with an email, telling me to try a group, who stood up for tax payers. I GOT MY REFUND A DAY LATER, after this group and her assistance helped. The state made a BIG MISTAKE...thank you Joann for your caring and Mr. Davidoff, she is a real asset to your office! Id highly recommend this office! Thank you again!

The IRS was making conflicting and unfair demands before I retained Marty. He rapidly determined a plan of action that accounted for my rights and immediately stepped in with them. Besides being very effective in protecting his client's interest, he doesn't waste any time digging into areas that simply won't be relevant. That kind of integrity saved a lot of money in what could have been many more billable hours.

I did not have a good experience with Mr. Davidoff.  I went to him because I was left with income tax debt to pay on my own when my husband passed away in January.  His recommendation was that I should pay $500 a month toward the debt, and pay him $500 a month for his services.  If I had $500 extra, I would have payed it toward the debt.  He was very insensitive to my dire financial situation. After my first meeting with him, I had to pay $1115 to him before I left.  Knowing how bad my financial situation was, I thought that was very greedy.  Obviously, I did not retain his services.

Mr. Davidoff is an outstanding skilled tax attorney. He and his assistant Mathew were extremely accommodating and detailed which led to a quick and 100 % successful tax audit.  Besides his keen sense and knowledge of tax law, Mr. Davidoff is very kind, supportive and easy to work with.
