Moved into this beautiful building around 3 years ago and wouldnt want to be anywhere else!! Management is beyond helpful and always welcoming. The concierge is always available to assist in any way they can. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality luxury living experience!

Spent $200 for myself and my girlfriend to apply for this apartment letting the Realtor know very loud and clear that we have two service animals. They took our money, approved our application and then after that gave us a call the next day and told us that we couldnt move in because they apparently dont allow service animals anymore. Complete waste of time and stress.

Appearance of this place is very depressing, the water fountains have never looked like they did when they first opened, it looks terrible now, and its clearly visible on the Avenue. It reflects on how they maintain this building.
