One Park Condos

Beautiful building from outside. Unfortunately, the building management is terrible. Since I moved in 4 years ago at least 6 building managers changed. Leaking everywhere, automatic garage is not working, cars are double park all the time. Never fix any issues, pool, sauna were out of work for many months. Now they are charging to use certain amenities for certain number of people. This was not they promised when I signed the contract. However, the land scape garden around the building is bare and never put the right plants to keep a luxury building. Very disappointment the way they handle this building.

I wish I could rate One Park Condos lower than one star because our experience has been abysmal. Living here, especially in the penthouse unit, has been fraught with challenges that have gone unaddressed and dismissed by a management team that exhibits a shocking level of incompetence and unprofessionalism. As an expectant black father, the health and safety of my family are my utmost concernsconcerns that have been blatantly ignored by the property management. We've been subjected to a range of unacceptable living conditions from the moment we moved in: fluctuating water pressure, hazardous dust accumulation, persistent plumbing and mold issues, and electrical faults. Most alarming was when unstable shelving collapsed, posing a real threat to our safety. Despite a significant security deposit of $12,000, our unit was clearly not ready for habitation. Yet, our requests for basic maintenance and fair rent adjustment have been consistently denied, revealing a deeply ingrained bias within the management practices. It's disheartening to learn of other residents receiving the adjustments we've been denied, further highlighting the discriminatory treatment we've faced. The management's refusal to address our concerns, coupled with their lack of transparency and accountability, is unacceptable. It's become evident that tenants, particularly those of us who are African American, are not valued equally here. This has not only added stress and anxiety at a time when we should be preparing for our child's arrival but has also left us feeling isolated and discriminated against. I urge anyone considering One Park Condos to think twice. Behind the faade of luxury living lies a reality of neglect, discrimination, and disregard for tenant well-being. This is not a place where you want to call home.
