Shipping from Australia to US, cargo arrived1/24, unpacking 1/28. Didnt see any notification or update after that. 5days later I Contacted and asked, they said oh you need to pay custom fee. I asked why no one tells me? How much and how? $10 dollars, plus $15 whatever fee. Fine, paid immediately that day and asked them, when can it be shipped out from LA and when will it be in Tucson? No idea. Another three days , I called and asked so where is it now? Oh tomorrow according to UPS,maybe. Then the next day I called and asked where is it and do you have any tracking from UPS? No ideas. Can you call me back when you find out? Ok. One hour later I called again, do you have any details? No ideas. Can you find out? Ok. Then no answer again. Can we at least know what is going on? Who carried it? No ideas.
Today is 2/7, i am in Tucson waiting . And the cargo arrived in LA 1/24. They have no answers for where/ who/ when/how. All I can say is, carotrans is very much unprofessional shipping services.
