      image Horrible freight company. Purchased an item from Costco. It was in their hands in 4 days after Costco shipped it. Now its been 4 weeks and they are telling me Costco delayed shipping it. Very unprofessional customer service too. The lady thought I dont check tracking. She is trying to pass the blame to Costco but they are the ones who are holding my shipment for 3 weeks. Will be calling Costco for refund.
