I hope that I have the correct location to brag about Vincent Masone. We have had the pleasure of working with Vincent on the purchase of our new home in Ringwood, NJ. Vincent made the loan process so simple and easy. He ALWAYS answered our calls, texts or emails right away. Professional, great customer service, easy to talk to, explained everything to us and could have asked for better! If you in the process of buying a house, DEFINITELY call Vincent!!! He is the best. When I purchased my Chester home, both the listing agent and our agent were from the Coldwell Banker Chester office. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The experience I am had is that we had been waiting to close for over ten days in a hotel room because their buyers agent didn't cover us. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars and a very unhappy family as all five of us have to live in a hotel room and the buyer takes his time to move out. We were told by the agents (both buyer and sellers agent work for Coldwell.) not worry everything would be fine till the day before the closing we got a call that there was no closing. There was nothing we could do. We had taken their recommended lawyer and he did not cover our interest when we told him we HAD to close on time. So they didn't offer to reimburse us for having to pay for storage or hotel costs while we waited. Poor Service and only caring about themselves. They also sold us a bad home insurance which didn't cover the things they claimed it would cover. I would never go there again.
