Years ago, I had a lease with this Beede Properties. The abuse this man puts his tenants through in his sub par, overpriced, out of code, buildings is abysmal. If you ever think about renting a property in the New Jersey area, and find out it is under Beede Properties or James Beede, turn and run the other way as fast as humanly possible. My only regret in writing this review is Google will not allow me to rate less than one star, or negative stars.
