I came to this store on Dec 22, to get AirPods , I was offered a promotion for 2 iPad(half off), that if I had an aarp account my monthly service fee will be waived, monthly activation fee waive and I will be only be paying 5.99 a month, I got lied to, received my bill and now I am forced to pay a monthly bill OF $45 each ipad monthly just to have activation for a 4 and 5 year old., (they dont let you disconnect the service)yes I was offered to return device but again it was a Christmas gift and how sad will that be to take away from my children because of the false lie I was given, i cant even pay off early because they said I will have to pay the full price which is not fair, I should of been told from the beginning the monthly charge and not lied to just to make me purchase, I been with att &t for over 5 years, and this was one of the most worst experience I had , soon I will be switching carriers. I GOT LIED TO AND I AM SO UPSET

I went into the AT&T store today to get my new iPhone set up. Pam was wonderful. She switched out the SIM card from my old phone to the new phone and put my new protective cover on my new iPhone. Pam did it all in about 5 minutes and made my life much easier today! Thank you Pam.

I took some time before writing this review, recognizing that it is not a typical one. My experience at this store was not ideal, but was worth it in the end. Daya and Pam, the store employees, had to deal with an older woman who was rude, condescending and racist. The situation with the rude customer was awkward and uncomfortable for everyone in the store. However, the professionalism exhibited by Daya and Pam was outstanding. They were kind, professional, and most impressively, patient. I want to especially commend Daya for maintaining her composure while dealing with a racist who insulted her and tried to demean her. She dealt with the situation with grace and class. After the situation was resolved, they helped me with a complicated issue. Their knowledge of the products and plan options made the process seamless. I highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone!
