    I came here because my account was closed and I wanted to pay it. The staff wasnt very welcoming and seemed annoyed to be there or burdened, then my friend was trying to help me figure out my account since the amount due is very high and the woman very loudly expressed my account was closed for everyone in the store to hear. My friend didnt even know it was closed and now my information was given out without my permission. Then I went to the car and I felt as an employee was stalking me because I owed money on the phone. He stayed in his car until I got back out of mine and headed to the store. I will be settling the account on the phone with way friendlier staff but not sure I will be a customer anymore after 12 years. Dont recommend this location at all

    This is the worst Tmobile by far I've Ever been to. Upon entering all the Reps were sitting together.( (NO customers) The rep told me right from the start there's now a 5 fee to pay bills in-store. My initial rep guy was snippy w me by the end of what was a simple transaction...paying a bill w 2 methods of payment and being charged 5.00 twice for a (cash payment and a credit card payment) He just wasn't understanding what I was requesting. There was a woman sitting across from him, i assume his boss..Reluctantly she had to take over. She straightened everything out. A minute later I was on my way w my paper receipts, but before she handed them to me. She said absolutley nothing and then handed me the receipts and a again said nothing....No Ty, No "Have a good evening" "Have a good day" ...No upbeat personality. From the walk into store the look was like "what hell are you doing here" the store fails miserably for customer service. They should ALL be retrained. SAD
