        Added a phone at the Rockaway, NJ location. Randall, store manager, was great. Spent just about 2 hours there as transferring a number from previous carrier proved exhausting. Randall had patience, positivity and poise. Happy ending by the time we left. And Jos and Nunu were pretty good, too.
