        Now that theyve closed the bank near me I have to travel 20 minutes and almost 10 miles. Completely inconvenient and customer UNfriendly.

        I went to the bank in order to deposit cash and the bank's ATM did not accept it there is no button to push in order to say I'm putting cash in the bank

        closed branch in my area, which means atm machine gone as well. Had to pay five bucks yesterday on the rare occasion I needed cash(don't drive and they were in walking distance). Now three bucks for their fee, two dollars for the atm fee.. I am switching banks. And their managers have serious attitude problems. Hate this bank with a passion now and I've been with them twenty years.

        I went in to cash a check, not having an account in that bank, the 2 ladies were awesome, friendly and very helpful. They made me feel like I was a steady customer.
